The Pockets Project offers free shipping & free returns within the United States! International shipping is a flat rate $10.

I hope you love your Pockets Project dress! However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of when your order was shipped.

Please follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Fill out a separate return form for each item you wish to return.
  2. Print a return shipping label and drop off at your nearest US Post Office or give to your mail carrier within 14 days of requesting the label.

 

Refunds
All dresses must be returned unwashed and unworn, with tags still intact. Once the dress is received and determined to be in good condition, you will receive a full refund, minus $8 for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs will not be charged on any dresses purchased Dec 1, 2021 - Dec 31, 2021 that use the return shipping label provided (U.S. returns only).  

If you choose not to use the printed return label or are shipping internationally, it is recommended to send with a tracking number. Please email shop@pocketsproject.com to request the return shipping address. Returns without a pre-paid shipping label will only be accepted if they are postmarked within 30 days of the date the original order was shipped. The Pockets Project is not responsible for missing packages. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your items and will notify you when the refund is processed. 

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a dress, the fastest way is to place a new order for the dress you want and return the original dress. The new purchase and return of the original dress will be processed separately. 

Shipping
All orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days of when an order is placed. Shipping options are displayed at checkout, including carrier options and estimated shipping transit time. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
